Recreation

We will be known as The Recreation Outlet of Choice with our motto Stay fit for Life”. We are committed to planning, developing, and programming life-long learning opportunities which promote healthier lifestyles outside the traditional education environment for seniors, adults and children by:

 Goals

Recreation three major goals for 2013-2014:

  • Provide specialized enrichment program that embody character development, health consciousness, art appreciation, life skills, civic duty and environmental responsibility in every program.
  • Provide all Hartford Residents the opportunity to explore the cultural arts which details drama, dance, crafts, fine arts, music, architecture drawing, painting and sculpting.
  • Providing and enticing Hartford Residents through the introduction and expansion of water activities from infants and up from progressive learn-to-swim lessons lifeguard Training and Junior Lifeguards program.
